Corydoras loxozonus
Corydoras loxozonus is a tropical freshwater fish belonging to the Corydoradinae sub-family of the family Callichthyidae. It originates in inland waters in South America, and is found in the Meta River basin in Colombia. In the system of "C-Numbers" developed by the German fishkeeping magazine DATZ to identify undescribed species of Corydoras in the aquarium hobby, this fish had been assigned numbers "C79", "C82", and "C83" until these stocks were correctly identified.

The species can breed easily. The species eats many foods including shrimp pellets, blood worms, brine shrimp, and pre-soaked flake food. H. punctatum is a social fish.

Brochis seussi is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging the family Callichthyidae, the armored catfishes, and the subfamily Corydoradinae, the corys. This species is found in the basin of the MamorΓ© River in Brazil and Bolivia. It was named after German ichthyologist Dr Werner Seuss. It quite strongly resembles Hoplisoma gossei. However, it can be differentiated by its longer snout; nonetheless, it is not a 'true' longnose corydoras in the manner of, for example, Corydoras septentrionalis. The captive spawning of this catfish has not been documented.
